CORPORATE GROWTH PACKAGE: $2,495 per month⁺

Includes Entrepreneur package, PLUS
Unlimited corporate formation, structuring and governance, including keeping records of such entities current, issuance of equity interest to founds, etc.
Attendance to board of directors and shareholder meetings - unlimited advisement to the same;
Drafting of up to four (4) contracts per month;
Eight (8) letters or telephone calls per month;
Registration of one trademark or copyright;
Drafting and implementation of employee stock ownership / option program
Issuance of stock certificates, ownership certificates, etc.
Execution of shareholder and/or buy-sell agreements with all equity holders
Introduction to investment banking consultants and contacts
Value: up to $30,000 -- over a 52%^#

GENERAL COUNSEL PACKAGE: $4,995 per month⁺

Includes Corporate Growth package, PLUS
Accompaniment of Firm attorney with you to up to four (4) negotiations, settlements, closings, etc., per month.
Use of Firm attorney as your "general counsel" in all your written materials, business plan, business cards, brochures, etc.;
Unlimited representation regarding any listed issue that affects your business*

⁺ All retainer packages require 6 month or otherwise stated minimum attorney/client contract term and the retainer must be either paid fully in advance or authorized to the drawn monthly form client's VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or Automatic Bank Draft account. Client responsible for all costs, filing fees, etc., in accordance with the Firm's General Provisions of its engagement letter to be executed prior to engagement. Scope of representation subject to change given written consent by the client and the Firm. Matters outside the scope of representation will be billed at Firm's standard hourly rate. This offer may be revoked without further notice.
